- You are at least 18 years old.
- You agree to comply with these Terms.
- Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
2. Definitions
- Services: Astrology tools, biodata generation, reports, downloads, and related features.
- User: Any person accessing AstroMila.
- Account: Registered user profile.
- Digital Content: Reports, PDFs, templates, charts, and downloadable materials.
3. User Accounts
- Users must provide accurate and complete information.
- You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of login credentials.
- Users may update, edit, or delete their profile information.
- Users may permanently delete their account from profile settings or by contacting hello@astromila.com.
4. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the Services for unlawful purposes.
- Upload harmful, defamatory, abusive, or illegal content.
- Attempt to hack, disrupt, or misuse the platform.
Violation may result in suspension or termination of access.
5. Services Provided
AstroMila provides:
- Horoscope and Dosha analysis
- Compatibility / Porutham matching
- Marriage Biodata templates
- Downloadable astrology reports
All services are interpretative in nature and do not constitute professional, medical, legal, or financial advice.
6. Payment & Billing
- Payments are securely processed through Razorpay.
- AstroMila does not store card or banking details.
- All pricing is displayed in INR unless stated otherwise.
- Users agree to pay applicable charges for purchased services.
7. Digital Delivery
- Digital content is delivered instantly after successful payment.
- Access may be provided through dashboard or email.
- Once accessed or downloaded, digital products are generally non-refundable.
8. Refund & Cancellation
Refunds may be considered only if:
- Technical failure prevented service delivery.
- Duplicate payment occurred.
- Service was not delivered within 24 hours.
To request a refund:
- Email hello@astromila.com within 7 days.
- Include Transaction ID and purchase details.
- Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
Digital orders cannot be cancelled once access is granted.
9. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, software, design elements, and reports are the intellectual property of AstroMila.
Users may not reproduce, resell, modify, or distribute content without written permission.
10. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
Services are provided “AS IS” without warranties of specific results.
AstroMila is not responsible for decisions made based on astrology reports.
Liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service.
11. Indemnification
Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless AstroMila from claims arising out of:
- Misuse of services
- Violation of these Terms
- Submission of inaccurate or unlawful content
12. Termination
AstroMila may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Users may delete their account at any time.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Indian courts.
