Digital Services & Instant Access

Due to the nature of our digital services (instant reports, personalized charts, and online content), purchases are generally non-refundable once the service has been delivered or accessed.

  • Instant downloads (PDFs, charts) cannot be returned.
  • Services that have already been performed (e.g., matching reports) are final.

Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be considered under specific circumstances:

  • Technical Error: If you were charged but did not receive the service due to a system failure.
  • Duplicate Payment: If you were accidentally charged twice for the same transaction.
  • Service Not Delivered: If a requested report was not generated or accessible within 24 hours of purchase.
