AstroMila provides digital astrology services and downloadable products.
Due to the nature of digital content, purchases are generally non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.
2. Digital Services & Instant Access
- All digital downloads (PDFs, reports, biodata templates) are generally non-refundable once accessed.
- Personalized reports and horoscope matching services are final once generated.
- Since services are delivered digitally, cancellations are not possible after access is granted.
3. Preview Before Download
- Users are provided with a preview of the digital product before initiating the final download.
- Users are strongly advised to review the preview carefully before confirming download.
- By initiating the download, you acknowledge that you have reviewed the preview and approved the content.
4. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds may be considered only under the following circumstances:
- Technical Error
- Payment was successfully charged but the service was not delivered.
- The downloaded file is corrupted, broken, or technically unreadable due to a system error.
- The file cannot be accessed despite successful payment and confirmed preview.
- Service was not generated or accessible within 24 hours of purchase.
- Duplicate Payment
- You were accidentally charged more than once for the same transaction.
5. Important Conditions
- Refunds will not be issued for dissatisfaction after successful preview and download.
- Minor formatting differences due to device compatibility will not qualify as technical errors.
- Users must report technical issues within 7 days of purchase with proper evidence (screenshots, error messages).
6. Refund Process
To request a refund:
- Email hello@astromila.com within 7 days of the transaction.
- Provide Transaction ID, Date of Purchase, screenshots (if applicable), and reason for refund.
- Our team will review the request within 2–3 business days.
- If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
7. Cancellation Policy
- Digital orders cannot be cancelled once payment is completed and access is granted.
- Users may discontinue use of services at any time.
- Users may delete their account permanently from profile settings
